嘉宾简介
Dr. Zhou is a tenured Professor of Biological Sciences in Purdue University. His lab is focusing on molecular and cellular mechanisms of bacterial pathogenesis, and has done great job in Salmonella typhimurium Type III secretion; actin cytoskeleton rearrangements and bacteria-host interactions field. Dr. Zhou wins Independent Scientist Award, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Faculty Scholar Award in Purdue University, etc. Dr. Zhou’s professional activities include: 1) Academic Editor, PLoS ONE. 2) Editorial Board, Infection and Immunity. 3) Section Editor, Emerging Microbes and Infections. 4) Associate Editor, Frontiers in Cellular Microbiology. 5) Member, Basic Science and Molecular Biology Study Group, AHA. 6) Ad hoc Member, Bacterial Pathogenesis Study Section, NIAID, NIH. 7) Grant Review Panel Member, NSFC, Beijing, China.
